Excellent hotel in great location
fruit selection airport pick up
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. The staff were always friendly and helpful, assisting with any questions I had. I recommend the massage services provided at the hotel. It was very relaxing. I also appreciated the airport pick up service. It was seamless.
The hotel lacked an elevator, which could be problematic with mobility issues. Luggage assistance was offered, mitigating the issue to some extent. I hope for a solution soon.

The room included two complimentary bottles of water daily. Air conditioning was efficient, maintaining a constant temperature. A balcony was there, it had a seating area. The bathroom was clean.

Staff members assisted with tour bookings. The reception desk was staffed 24/7. Housekeeping maintained the room very well. Room service was available during specific hours. I really felt very welcomed.

The hotel is near many restaurants. Several shops are located nearby. Transportation options were easily accessible from the hotel. Several tourist attractions are a short distance away. I loved this place.

limited english small pool
the breakfast service was acceptable with nim and well offering decent help.
I found communicating with the staff a challenge, their english skills seemed limited. the lack of an elevator was an issue. I had to lug my suitcase up several flights of stairs. the pool was too small. nobody else seemed inclined to use it.

central location refreshing pool varied breakfast
the hotel location allowed me to walk to shops and temples easily. the pool provided a refreshing escape with a lovely view from my balcony. breakfast offered many options to choose from!
